It is wonderful to receive your emails! It's really good to be able to stay in touch this way.

I'm attaching one photo to this email. Let me know if you can see it! It's a picture of me hugging my darling niece Ava. In Africa I wore my glasses, but at home in U.S.A I wear contact lenses instead.

I won't be back on my computer till tonight (which will be when you are sleeping in Dar Es Salaam) -- and will look forward to hearing from you when you can write again.
