I do indeed want you to have a brighter future! I admire you for working at the Palm Beach Hotel and learning new skills as a trainee there -- and then going to class after work. Tell me about your Microsoft Word class and what you are learning. Do you do your email in class? I'm hoping they are teaching you many helpful things!
