I'm also very proud to know this nurse described you as wise and intelligent with Vision, and indeed she described you very accurately. You are extremely wise and smart to take such good care of your health and behavior, especially how you are careful and get tested on a regular basis. Your Mum is very proud and relieved. May God continue to bless you with this excellent health and wisdom each day of your life.

Here in the U.S., HIV/AIDS is a terrible epidemic, but now there are medicines available which stop some of the painful agony as infected people die. But those drugs are not available to Africans, where the HIV/AIDS problem is just as bad or perhaps even worse, so the suffering in Africa sounds horrific.

My dear Son, continue to take this wise and fine care of your health! God has plans for your life and He wants you to stay healthy!
